Recently, Moe Archambault was interviewed in a Union Leader Article about the rise in home sales in the New Hampshire market. The article states, “More single-family homes will be sold in New Hampshire this year than any year since before the turn of the century.” Low interest rates coupled with consumer confidence have fueled a flurry of activity. And, despite slight rises in interest rates, home sales for this year are expected to show a strong finish.
