With a full-time career in residential development, Jared offers clients extensive knowledge of the home-building process, from planning and permitting to final design and construction. His hands-on experience allows him to guide buyers through every stage of purchasing a new home or evaluating development opportunities.
Holding a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Jared thrives on problem-solving and applies his expertise in sustainability, construction technology, and emerging trends to the world of real estate. His engineering mindset ensures a detail-oriented approach that benefits both buyers and sellers.
Outside of real estate, Jared enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle. Whether it’s fishing and boating on Lake Winnipesaukee, hiking scenic New Hampshire trails, or playing golf, he spends as much time as possible in the great outdoors. True to his engineering roots, Jared also enjoys tinkering with projects and exploring innovative building solutions.
